Oil psi
ACS-2002/AF-2500
To enter instrument calibration hold down button 4 while the system is starting. Press NEXT until you get to the oil PSI menu, then SELECT. NEXT down to the calibration table, and use the knob to enter the data as in this table:

AF-3000/4000/5000
For all AF-3000/4000/5000 systems, select Kavlico 0-150 psi as before (your existing calibration table or sensor selection remains valid if you are upgrading from the Kavlico “v1” 15psi sensor). The Kavlico “v1” 150psi sensor (AFS# 41101, Dynon# 101693-000) and Kavlico v2 (AFS# 41150, Dynon# 103757-000) have identical calibration profiles.
Fuel psi (carbureted)
For all systems, select Kavlico 0-15 psi as before (your existing calibration table or sensor selection remains valid if you are upgrading from the Kavlico “v1” 15psi sensor). The Kavlico “v1” 15psi sensor (AFS# 41201, Dynon# 101690-000) and Kavlico v2 (AFS# 41015, Dynon# 103755-000) have identical calibration profiles.
Fuel psi (fuel injected)
ACS-2002/AF-2500
To enter instrument calibration hold down button 4 while the system is starting. Press NEXT until you get to the fuel PSI menu, then SELECT. NEXT down to the calibration table, and use the knob to enter the data as in this table:

AF-3000/4000
The Kavlico 150psi was never previously specified for this application. While it will work just fine, a custom calibration profile is required. The EFIS will first need to be put into administrator mode. Go to CHECK --> MAINT --> ADMIN --> CALIBRATION (hold2s) --> Admin Settings --> Administrator Mode. Roll the knob until “1010” is entered and press SELECT:
RETURN back to the instrument calibration menu and go into the Fuel Pressure Menu. Change the Num Cal Points to 2, and edit the calibration table as shown:

AF-5000 with SkyView EMS 220
The Kavlico 150psi sensor can natively be selected from the SETà CALà Fuel Pressure menu on AF-5000 V16 software. If you do not have V16 software installed, you must upgrade your EFIS software to v16 at https://www.advancedflightsystems.com/af-5000-software-updates.php. The Kavlico “v1” 150psi sensor (AFS# 41101, Dynon# 101693-000) and Kavlico v2 150psi sensor (AFS# 41150, Dynon# 103757-000) have identical calibration profiles.
AF-5000 with internal EMS
The Kavlico 150psi was never previously specified for this application. While it will work just fine, a custom calibration profile is required. The EFIS will first need to be put into administrator mode. Go to SET --> CAL (hold2s) --> Admin Settings --> Administrator Mode. Enter ‘1010’ into the field and press SAVE.
Once in admin mode, back out into Instrument Calibration and go into the Fuel Pressure menu. Change the Num Cal Points to 2, and edit the calibration table as shown:
